· Create content for software product, help, manual, user tips, technical specification, technical help
· Digital marketing content for Website, Technical Blogs, Newsletters, social media, E-mail templates, Banners,
· LinkedIn Creatives, Product/service descriptions, meta tags descriptions, E-mail marketing campaigns.
· Exceptional knowledge of SEO – Search Engine Optimization methodologies.
· Write content for software products, websites, Video, Advertising, Company services,
· Conceptualizing, writing, and editing for a variety of target audiences (Technical/Business)
· Promoting products/services by writing clear marketing copies
· Collaborating with various teams both technical and non-technical to create innovative content ideas.
· Helping technical team members write original content.
· Writing headlines, slogans, taglines, Advertising Copy
· Deliver keyword-rich content to increase website traffic.
· Content for info-graphics, PPTs, and whiteboard presentations, storyboard videos
· Collaborating with the digital team to create graphics/images required for the various initiatives.
· Social media marketing on- LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
· Good knowledge of working with Content Management Tools
· Perform secondary research
· Analyzing marketing metrics and incorporating the insights to continuously improve content.
Technical & Soft Skills:
· Highly knowledgeable in IT Technologies & Terms of usage
· Well versed with Websites, Digital Marketing & SEO Techniques
· Proficient to use CMS, MS-Office, Writing & Proof-Reading Tools
· Ability to produce high quality original content for different use case
· Exceptional command over International English Language
· Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
· Creative to produce content for each unique requirement
· Interested in Software Products, Tools, Platforms, Cloud
